Feeling unfulfilled in my love life, been married for 15 years to a wonderful spouse (Jan. 30,1966) and parent to our 3 children but is not my soul mate. I am sure of this and have been for a long time. Cannot leave as we have a very sick child and it takes us both to give proper care. In the last 6 weeks, I let go of someone very dear to me (May 7,1947) who I thought was my soul mate and it’s been incredibly tough, almost impossible at times, trying to get over it. In late 2010 I finalized my divorce and am living in the house that was refinanced to pay off my ex (2/7/57). I would like to sell and move closer to work, but do need to make some improvements in order to actually come out ahead. When would go be a good time to sell?

You should have already made the improvements to your house and put it on the market at least a year ago. Your next windows of opportunity are mid July until late August, mid November until mid April 2013 however the last long transit will also be burdened with transiting Saturn meaning you aren’t likely to get your asking price or your money out in full. If you sell sooner rather than later you may make some money but if that’s the case your ex may approach you for compensation.
You match up better to your Taurus friend but sorrow is present with regard to personal contracts, money, and chronic health issues. Having relationship issues with my boyfriend of 8 years. His birthday is January 16th, 1984 and he was born at 5:45am, and I was born April 21, 1986 at 5:45 pm. I don’t feel like I can trust him anymore after finding text messages on his phone between him and another women.
