The depressed economy has hit hard and so many people are left hanging on by a thread or even worse out of work and not knowing what to do next. As I mentioned back in September October we have hit the bottom of the astrological business cycle and things will improve but that’s not good enough or fast enough for anyone affected by a company that has already downsized or shut its doors.

It appears we all have to be on guard and ready to reinvent what we have to offer. Different signs have certain abilities so I thought some of you might like to rethink your strategy for the current economic storm we must weather.

Aries Your career must be challenging, energetic, and adventuresome. The defense industry, politics, civil service, engineering, working with tools or weapons are all possibilities. You would also make a good surgeon, butcher, animal trainer, sportsman or promoter.

Taurus You need routine and a guaranteed income. You do well in such fields as accounting, banking or anything connected to finance as well as architecture or professions that deal with construction, property or land. Your administrative skills are excellent and must be put to good use.

Gemini Mental stimulation is a must. You can make money in the travel, transport, education, journalism, public relations, sales, entertainment or medical industry. You love to talk and can excel at phone soliciting, auctioneering and any occupation that allows you to use your hands.

The father of my baby is still very undecided about his life. We were separated when I was pregnant and then got back together after 1yr and a half his birthday is Oct. 5, 86 and I’m May 19, 85. Is there any chance for him and I to be together in the future or am I meeting someone else better? He also has a new gf (March 14, 86) will they end up together? Or is he just with her because it’s comfortable? Will he ever mature and settle down with a right career and with a right mind? I’m also planning to move to another country to go to school will that be a right path for my child and me? Would it benefit our future and will I ever finish college? My daughter is March 19, 07 will she be upset or blame me for any decision I’m doing or will be doing? What do you see in her future, career, health, and personality wise will she give me a hard time growing up? Pls help.

Your ex is going through some bad transits that are making him think like a fool. He is overreacting and probably overindulging. He matches up to both you and his current girlfriend equally as bad only her comparison show more sorrow so I’m assuming he will hurt her whether he stays with her or leaves. My guess is that he will try to continue to go between the two of you until he dumps you both. I’m also surprised that he hasn’t gotten her pregnant, or maybe he has and you just haven’t heard about it.

As for as his comparison with you, well you can do a whole lot better. You are going through a nice cycle this year that is great for socializing and meeting people however it can also bring someone from your past (your ex) back into your life. I believe if you aren’t careful you may end up with another child on the way.

Your chart indicates that you probably should have moved to the country of choice to further your education a year ago and that this year is not as conducive to taking on such a task. I’m not saying it cannot be done but it will be more difficult. You may want to consider an apprenticeship or learning on the job if possible while you have some good planetary movement passing through an area of your chart that deals with work and money between now and the spring of next year. After that you will be in a much better position to make a move and take on courses successfully.

All children give parents a hard time at some point. They all go through phases where they know everything and you know nothing. That’s part of growing up. Without your daughters time of birth it is hard to say what she will do however as far as how well she will get along with you, not bad but certainly you will have your argument and she will be sensitive and yes may at times blame you for her life when things aren’t going her way but on the whole the worst part of your relationship is emotional deception. This can of course be corrected with open and honest communication right from day one. Be honest about your relationship with her farther and the decisions you make to better your life and hopefully as she gets older she will share her thoughts regarding where she is at emotionally as well.

I am hoping you can help me with my situation. 

My birth date is Jan. 26, 1966 11:55 PM Rochester, NY and my ex is June 18, 1970, Rochester NY. We were together for a couple of years and we had a great relationship. We could talk about anything and everything, the connection and bond we had was incredible. We got along great and were very happy He said I gave him everything he ever wanted.

Towards the end of last year he started to distance himself and kept going back between me and another woman…not telling either of us about the other. Every time I moved on he would be back but when he had to choose he chose her over me. A few months ago he came back yet again “just being friends” but his actions weren’t of just a friend. Calling every day, talking about problems with me, bring me breakfast, hugging and kissing me, insisted on spending time with me on my birthday. 

I asked him why he was risking his relationship with this other woman that he cared so much about to stay in contact with me who is only a friend.  He said because it felt right and made him happy and that when he had problems in his life he pushes her away because she is not the one that he wants there and is confused.  If this is true then why does he keeping choosing her over me when having to choose? 

She found out he was talking and seeing me again and he walked away from me yet again. We had a very in-depth relationship and from what I hear theirs is more of a get together when it’s convenient and go out and party than the serious “family” type we had.  He is an insecure person who is also very concerned with what others think…..such as his ex wife liking her better than me, we have different nationalities. He was married at a young age and she was somewhat controlling and domineering, never really spending time together as a couple like we did.  His new girlfriend is of the same personality and their relationship is much like his marriage was.

Is there a chance that he just is confused and doesn’t want a serious relationship right now and will be back in the future or that he really doesn’t love me as much as he said he did. Am I just wishful thinking that we will have a chance or should I cut my losses and move on?

I wish I could tell you that your Gemini was good for his word but I can’t. He is a player and as much as he has lead you to believe that his first wife and the other woman are control freaks I’m sure there is more to his relationships with both of them.

He falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects so I have to say let this one go and move on. Yes I can see that he is charming and knows what to say to pull you in but that is not enough. Although your comparison with him is good you will never have him to yourself with the other two women coming in and out of his life.

Just the fact that he still uses his ex-wife’s opinions as having anything to do with his actions now is a cop out. It’s too bad you were unable to submit his wife and other girlfriends birth data, as it would have clarified his relationship with both. Unfortunately working with just yours and his birth data is not sufficient for me to give you the information you want to know.

My advice however is that you move on and stop letting this man stand in the way of you meeting someone who can offer you loyalty, honesty and a long-term relationship.

You match up to those born under the signs Aries, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius. Gemini’s will always charm you but they are not good for you in terms of giving you security, stability and most of all loyalty.

Eugenia, I know you’re besieged with letters, but am hoping this time you’ll find it in your heart to answer mine — I was widowed in October of 1981 and have never remarried though I have had relationships – the most important of which evolved into a loving friendship.  I met Charlie in 1989 and we were together for a few years and stayed friends – if ever there was a soul mate for me it was my Charlie. He went on to marry another and divorced.  We had stayed in touch and saw each other as friends after his divorce.   Sadly, he died in a tragic ultra-light plane accident in July of 2007.  (Charlie’s DOB was 05/03/42).  

I had a six-year friendship with A. (11/22/45 born in England) that I ended last summer.  It truly was going nowhere and there were other factors.  Shockingly he died suddenly in Feb.  

I am blessed with an employer (06/12/34) who still works and looks after me by providing me with incredible benefits, i.e. insurance et al, and a job in which to lose myself.  With all this said, particularly since C’s death I find myself withdrawing more and more into my books, job, et al — I miss C (to the point of being surprised that he hasn’t gotten in touch with me from the other side *smile*) – believe we both always had the unexpressed thought that we might end up together again in our retirement years.  C was the one person who unconditionally loved me.  

Is there hope that, at the advanced age of 65, I’ll find love again?  Do you see me spending the rest of my life where I currently reside? – Years ago an astrologer said I was going to end up elsewhere but it hasn’t happened. I am having a tough time reinventing myself again – making things happen.  I am aware I need more single female friends, but that becomes tough too at 65.    Would sure appreciate your telling me what you think.  Thank you so much.  ”Whoops – forgot MY data:  DOB 09/18/1943 at 11:45 a.m. pacific war time.

You must stop living in the past. Your comparison to Charlie was okay but not stellar as he fell in an area of your chart that deals with a relationship without potential to go the distance. Quite frankly even though your relationship with A had its problems you actually matched up better to him astrologically. He fell in an area of your chart that deals with relationships. I believe that in time you will realize that he has had a big influence on your life and your future.

Your chart indicates that you should be getting out more. Signing up for interest courses or activities and doing as much traveling as possible. If you ever were to make a move to another country, state etc I would think it would be this year with transiting Jupiter aspecting an area of your chart conducive to such a venture however it can also mean that your life philosophy or way of life will take on a new direction or that you will meet someone who can teach you something unique that will contribute to your life in some meaningful manner.

You are going through a growth period and it is a must that you subject yourself to new people places and activities. This transit can also make you overreact, overindulge and overdo so before you go that route don’t throw yourself into your work when there is so much more for you to discover.

I believe love will find you yet again and am surprised in some ways that you didn’t meet someone early last year however you may not have been in the frame of mind to acknowledge if someone showed an interest due to your connection and troubles you were experiencing with A.

You will be in a high cycle regarding love early next year however it can be someone you meet this year if you get out and take part in things you enjoy or you travel to places that interest you.
