The fixed signs are dodging all sorts of craziness right now with the Sun Mercury Venus Mars Jupiter and Neptune all passing through Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius the past couple of weeks and although things will start to ease up for these brave determined leaders in our community I’m sure it hasn’t been the best of times for most.

Early November Mercury and Venus will have moved into Sagittarius and by mid month Mars will move into Virgo a much better position for two of the fixed signs (Taurus and Scorpio) making it somewhat easier to get some sleep.

For all signs keep in mind that Mercury will be turning retrograde on the 24th so whatever you need to start do so beforehand. What you don’t get happening will have to wait until December 14th when Mercury turns direct giving you the green light to begin new projects.

Dear Eugenia,

I was born on 8th December 1965 @ 9.50am.  I met a guy in a hotel who asked for my birth date to calculate my chart.  He told me I have a ‘grand square’, which he said was controversial/challenging, and if I’d been born several hundred years ago would have been drowned at birth. How do I handle this?

I have been a successful journalist – but recently hit a dead end when I was laid off December 2010 after four and half years, it has shaken my faith in myself.

I am about to celebrate my third year anniversary with a guy (born 17 Sept. 1963) who I am really happy with, even though we don’t live together.

Any thoughts?

Sagittarius

Dear Sagittarius

It’s very irresponsible for someone practicing astrology to make such a statement. We all have negatives and positives in our charts. Astrology is a timing tool, a guideline that helps you recognize your strengths and weaknesses and do what’s best for you at the right moment in time. It is the road map that was given to you at birth.

Your double T-Square is also encased with a trine from your natal Mars, which helps you deal with any adversity that comes your way. Your grand square affects your chart with regard to your childhood, having children, dealing with contracts, legalities, chronic health problems, financial investments, asking for favors and getting people to help you. Therefore you should always proceed with caution when any such afflictions develop.

As for your job loss that had nothing to do with your square, it was transiting Jupiter and Uranus moving through your second house adversely positioned to your natal Jupiter in your sixth house dealing with how you get along with your boss/company etc. and transiting Mars traveling through your twelfth house opposite your natal Jupiter and square transiting Jupiter and Uranus.

You will get back what you’ve lost professionally beginning late spring 2013 if you upgrade your qualifications or you take a job that requires you to make a geographical move.

Regarding your Virgo man, I like the comparison and feel that you are meant to be in one another’s lives.

Dear Eugenia

My husband born on Oct 5, 1971 comes from a lower background than I born August 3, 1978 at 2:15 PM. His income was relatively lower than mine when we married but I was sure with time he would succeed. However, I am finding he is content to stay put. He doesn’t even like to try new things, whereas I feel more like going out and exploring.

I am getting very upset that I’m stuck with him for life, as divorce is not an option given my background. What do you think about our relationship can it get better with time?

Leo

Dear Leo

The comparison with your lazy Libran husband is actually quite good however it lacks with regard to honest communication. You have to sit him down and spell out what the problem is with your marriage and let him know that if he doesn’t want your love and affection to dwindle he has to meet you half way. In other words you will spend time cuddling at home with him if he will venture out with you to explore the world. Anything short of this and although you remain married you will be living separate lives.

Dear Eugenia

I was born October 28, 1953 @3:15 PM. I’m going through a divorce that can’t seem to finalize! My Ex. was born on 5/4/1961 @ 5:30 AM. After two affairs, deception/lies I finally let go.

Last year I met an old love that I left 30 ago because he wanted me to move to Alaska…I couldn’t leave my family. He still lives in Alaska and I am still crazy about him.  He was born on 1/11/52 @ 10:14 a.m.  Should I pursue a relationship with this man? Will I ever find someone special or am I doomed to be alone.  I have so much desire for major changes in my life regarding my profession and lifestyle.

Scorpio

Dear Scorpio

Your divorce will finalize May/June next year and between July 2012 and mid to late June 2013 you will be in a high romantic cycle that should lead to better luck in love.

Both you’re ex husband and ex lover are poor astrological matches. The problem is you don’t want to be alone so you gravitate toward whoever picks you. A little alone time will do you good. Take a break and work on self-improvement until July of next year when finding love is favorable.
