This summer I will be employed by my agency for 30 yrs. I find my job challenging and for the most part satisfying. I am however concerned about my salary. I have risen in the ranks over the last 30 years but have not received the pay that reflects the hard work and responsibility I face on a daily basis. I am non-union and the people who work under me are unionized and have received significant raises over the past few yrs but I have not. Many of them now have a higher salary than me. I have recently bought a home and I am mortgage free so my home and real estate situation are stable. But I have not had any success finding a partner.
