Spring is a time of new beginnings and quite often when people decide to make a change or reinvent themselves. Lately I’ve been receiving lots of email from people who are either out of work or don’t like what they do for a living or just bored but lacking direction so I thought I might offer some Sun sign occupational suggestions.

Aries your career must be challenging, energetic, and adventuresome. The defense serves, politics, civil service, engineering, working with tools or weapons are all possibilities. You would also make an excellent animal trainer, sportsman or promoter. Consider any job that has time constraints as you do your best work when it’s a race against time. Self-employment is usually your best bet.

Taurus you need a safe routine job with a guaranteed income. You can excel in such fields as accounting, banking or anything connected to finance. Architecture or any profession that has to do with building, property or working the land will suit you. Your administrative skills are high up on your list of attributes and should be put to good use.

Gemini using your brainpower is an important factor in your occupation. You do well in areas that deal with travel, transport, education, journalism, literature, public relations, sales, entertainment, medicine, advertising or the communication field. You love to talk and can do well as an auctioneer or in creative fields that allow you to work with your hands.

Cancer you do well in farming, catering, building, obstetrics, nursing, municipal work, marine services, aquatic activities as well as working in libraries or as a historian. You have an excellent memory, work well with children and although you would make a great teacher it needs to be higher education as opposed to lower.

Leo working in the entertainment world is ideal, however sales, luxury or hospitality trade, as a minister, courtroom lawyer and if at all possible being self-employed will work for you.  As long as you are in a position of authority or in the limelight you will excel. If at all possible a president, prime minister or perhaps a dictator of sorts will appeal.

Virgo you prefer professions of an intellectual nature. Dentistry, teaching, accounting, journalism, research and laboratory work, domestic science, civil service or the tech world can all work for you. You also do quite well in medical fields, research or as an archivist. Detail and precision will always hold your attention.

Libra you are well suited to elegant, intellectual artistic types of occupations. You like to be a liaison, mediator or work in the judicial field. You are great in public relations or careers that entail social activities such as travel, tourism or hotel management. The fashion and cosmetics industry can also work for you.

Scorpio you do best in professions that deal with human nature. A psychiatrist, undercover detective, engineer, dealing with other people’s money or problems. The mystical or religious field that shows off your powerful magnetism will suffice or a profession that allows you to create music or some form of art.

Sagittarius police force, armed forces, defense service, travel industry, pilot, sports commentator, race car driver, being a troubleshooter for a large corporation, a diplomat, or horse trainer. You have a wide variety of interests and are inclined to try a number of different careers throughout your life.

Capricorn you prefer to form your own company in order to obtain the greatest sense of security. You need the freedom of cash flow above and beyond anything else and once you have mastered that you can move on to make your fortunes. Finance interests you the most but mining, law, architecture, engineering are all suitable careers.

Aquarius you lean towards unusual occupations and prefer to freelance or work, as a consultant to bypass the routine schedule that 9 to 5 positions require. You do well in political science, electrical work, aeronautics, computer arts, electronic technology, inventing, creating and formulating new and innovative ideas and of course demolition.

Pisces you can fit into any occupation but you are best suited to human or spiritual professions due to your intuitive ability to understand and help others. You do well in the arts, entertainment, oceanography, or unusual occult professions that will bring you in contact with people who have similar beliefs and interests.

I was born August 20, 1982 at 2:45 am. In the past, I have involved myself in relationships where I end up supporting my boyfriend. At a young age, I had put myself in significant debt due to this need to keep my significant other happy. 
 
I thought that this streak of bad decisions was done when I met my current boyfriend (June 14, 1975).  However, soon after we started living together he was laid off from his job.  I am uncomfortable with this situation as it’s putting a financial strain on me. I am trying to finish graduate school and worry about what he would do without my help. 

Do I wait it out hoping one of his job prospects will work out. I think he is a great guy and I do not know if my financial constraints are causing me to create problems with the relationships or forcing me to admit there are a lot of things that are not adding up.
