So I would like to say that although I am not well rested I did have a superb time. After all how can you visit Rome, Capri, Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast Italy, Kusadasi and Istanbul Turkey, Athens and Mykonos Greece, Port Said, Cairo and Alexandria Egypt and not have an amazing time.
I made lots of new friends and Rosie and I agreed at the end of our journey that it was the best adventure we had ever been on together.
I’m tired and as you can imagine a little behind but ready to get back to work with a much greater appreciation for life and the planet we live on.

Q. I was born Oct. 15, 1953 at 7:32 p.m. I have been unemployed for a year and I have applied for several jobs, via the Internet, signed up with temporary help agencies and attended job fairs, but I have received little response.
This is the first time in my 30-plus years of working that I am worried about making ends meet.
Will my chances for a job improve in the coming months? Also, will I meet someone in near future?
Libra
A. The area of your chart that deals with employment will get a little relief at the beginning of next year, but that doesn’t mean that you will find exactly what you are looking for. March until May, you will have better luck landing a job that you enjoy and that offers stability.
Old-school methods of finding work will play a dominant role in the way you find employment. Between now and March, retraining, networking and trying to fine-tune your resume will all contribute to your success.
Love can strike suddenly late September into October and May and June of next year, as well as September through to January 2011 if you socialize with old friends.
Q. I was born Jan. 26, 1983 at 3:30 p.m. I am an Aquarius in limbo status with an ex- (he is a Cancer, born July 10, 1982). We dated seriously for several years but broke up two years ago. Late last summer we got back together casually but recently we have talked about getting back together seriously.
However, that’s as far as the conversations go — no real resolution. I want to get back together, but he is definitely the confused one.
I truly feel a connection with this person. How can I move this forward? Or do I cut my losses and move on?
Aquarius
A. Just because the Crab you are with is in many ways right for you, doesn’t necessarily mean that you are right for him. He fills most of your needs mentally, physically and emotionally but for him, the confusion comes from a lack of the physical attraction he wants to have with the partner he chooses to be with for life. He is a Cancer by Sun sign but, when it comes to love, he is a Gemini seeking the rush that strong chemistry brings with it.
It is obvious that he wants the security of home and family but needs his desires to be met as well. He will be experiencing his Saturn return beginning late next year and will continue to question and reevaluate his life throughout 2011.
Should you try to push him into a serious commitment now, he will reject you during that time. However, give him space to search for what he believes he is missing and he is likely to discover that what he has with you is special enough to go the distance.
You will be in a high romantic cycle in December and January and should give yourself a chance to test the waters with someone new.
Q. This is the second anniversary of my 74-year-old husband’s (Jan. 5, 1935) stay in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s. I was born April 20, 1940 at 5 p.m. I retired in 2006, after 26 years, to take care of my husband. That did not work out. I had a nervous breakdown. I have two married sons and neither family has time to help.
I now work part time to have something to do. I visit my husband once a week, mainly for the staff to see me. I see no reason to keep living. Is life ever going to get better?
Taurus
A. You still have lots of life left. Yes, it’s been a difficult few years but it’s not over. You are in a high cycle regarding companionship and meeting someone you can share your life with between now and the end of the year. But that will not happen unless you get out and meet people. You should consider joining a cause you believe in. Or consider travel, joining a mature dating service or connecting with old friends.
Work is a good thing. You need to keep busy to maintain a healthy frame of mind. If not through work, a hobby, travel or any form of learning that holds your interest will be positive. You are too young and vibrant to give up.
